Lesson 27

5-0 Pattern

Lesson Details

5-0 Pattern

You made it to the 5-0 pattern! This is known by many traders as one of the most powerful harmonic patterns. What I like about the 5-0 pattern is that the pattern completes after the structure of the Shark harmonic pattern. When you find a Shark pattern in the market, when price trades to the 50% retracement of the final leg (B-C leg) of the Shark pattern, that is the reversal zone for the 5-0 pattern. When I find a completed Shark pattern in the market, the first thing I look for is if price has made it to the 50% retracement to enter into a new trade!
